Adopting professional PM powder metallurgy compression forming + precision CNC machining technology, all custom parts strictly comply with Mil-T-21014 US military standard, ASTM B777-99 / ASTM B777-15 (R2020) industrial standards and GB/T 1804-2000 general dimensional tolerance standard. With ultra-high density, complete non-magnetic performance, excellent radiation shielding capability and superior corrosion resistance, 95W-Ni-Cu custom machined parts are widely used for magnetic-sensitive equipment, medical shielding, aerospace precision structures and industrial customized counterweight components.

The 95W-Ni-Cu alloy features a stable density of 18.0–18.35 g/cm³, realizing high-weight concentration in limited installation space.
