Tungsten alloy cylinder is a cylindrical material composed of tungsten and other alloying elements.

    • Tungsten alloy typically has a hardness of 24 to 35 HRC. Generally, the higher the tungsten content or the lower the binder metal content, the greater the hardness and wear resistance.

  4. Good Ductility:

    • Tungsten alloy exhibits good ductility. Typically, the higher the tungsten content or the lower the binder metal content, the lower the elongation. For example, 90W7Ni3Fe has an elongation of 18-29%, 93W4Ni3Fe has an elongation of 16-24%, and 97W2Ni1Fe has an elongation of 6-13%.

  5. High Tensile Strength:

    • Tungsten alloy has high tensile strength, which generally increases with higher tungsten content. For example, 90W7Ni3Fe has a tensile strength of 900-1000 MPa, and 95W3Ni2Fe has a tensile strength of 1100 MPa.
